Two San Bernardino County school districts successfully presented their 2014-15 LCAP Infographics conceived and created by Gobo Infographics. As part of their Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) process, Adelanto Elementary School District presented their LCAP and accompanying infographic during a public hearing on June 24, 2014.
“Thank you for all your help on this,” said Dr. Edwin Gomez, Superintendent of Adelanto Elementary School District. “Our presentation to the Board went very well. We appreciate your talent and expertise in getting this done for us.”
Similarly, Bear Valley Unified School District presented their LCAP Infographic during the June 30 adoption Board Meeting in Big Bear Lake.
“Our Board of Trustees had a favorable response to the finished product,” mentioned Kurt Madden, Superintendent of Bear Valley Unified School District. He noted, “we invested approximately 1,000 hours” in creating the official State format “that was 47 pages in length… compared to the Infographic which was 8 pages in length.” He added that the Gobo LCAP Infographic is “a more simplified document to engage stakeholders at school sites and in the community.”
